Requests:
Resort intended to appeal to business professionals on company retreat as well
as families on vacation. Modular houses surround public conference center;
in turn, each villa has 3 freestanding bedrooms located around private
veranda and pool. Key points of design agenda include: clear delineation of
public/ private spaces, integration of natural elements, and contextually-sensitive
decor.

Notes:
Planters surround bungalow-style rooms to enable and reinforce individual privacy
within a private house unit. The same planters also work to bring natural elements
into semi-enclosed veranda/pool area. Caribbean style furniture, locally
crafted furnishings provide site relevancy and Grenadian authenticity.
